Content License: Nirvana Boat Club (referred to as the Club), grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content on our website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to considering or booking boat services provided by the Club. ​

Boat Information License: The Club grants you a limited, non–exclusive, non–transferable license to use Boat Information solely to consider or book services provided by the Club. This license does not permit you to use the Boat Information for any commercial purposes or to create derivative works.
Membership Package
The Membership Package offered by the Club includes Sealux, Sea Dweller, Elite, and Royal. Detailed terms specific to each Membership Package are outlined separately and may include additional terms and conditions.

Payment: By purchasing a Membership Package, you agree to pay the specified fees associated with the package. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the terms of the Membership Package.

Usage: Members may access the benefits outlined in their chosen Membership Package for the duration specified. The Club reserves the right to modify the benefits or terms of Membership Packages with reasonable notice to members.
Intellectual Property

Ownership: All Content of our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Club or its affiliated entities unless otherwise stated. All information, including images and descriptions, is provided by the Club.

Use of Content: You acknowledge and agree that all photos, information, and other content displayed on our Services are owned by the Club. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, or create derivative works from any such content without our prior written permission.
